What would you do to improve the NHS locally? Have your say online

Following the publication of the NHS Long Term Plan, 2019 is the right time for us to talk to the people in our local communities about what areas we need to focus on to ensure health and care services remain sustainable and right for patients.

Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) across Sussex and East Surrey have been hosting a series of events called Our Health and Care…Our FUTURE, inviting local people to come along and discuss the future of health and care services and help us prioritise the changes and improvements that need to be made.

So far, we’ve spoken to hundreds of people in Haywards Heath, Uckfield, Bexhill, Hailsham, Crawley and more and there are still opportunities coming up for you to have your say in person. If you have attended any of our FUTURE events this year, we would really appreciate it if you could fill out this short feedback form to let us know if the events and the information provided in hard copy and online has been useful.

We want to hear the views, experiences and ideas of as many patients, members of the public, staff, volunteers and carers as possible so that our local plans truly reflect the needs of our population.

To make sure everybody has an opportunity to get involved, we have now published two online surveys which ask some important questions. You can access these by clicking on the links below. We will be closing the surveys and collating responses at the end of April 2019.

If you or someone you know needs these surveys in alternative formats, visit the Healthwatch website for Easy Read or British Sign Language, or to request a different format.

To find out more about our plans and how you can get involved, visit Our Health and Care…Our FUTURE.
